YOUR TRANSFORMATION BEGINS.
Your first session with lay the foundation for everything we’ll achieve together. We’ll discuss your goals, what drives you, and what has held you back before.
At the same time, we’ll run through some basic exercises so we know where we are starting from, and so I can develop an effective plan that pushes you closer to the man you want to become.
At the end, I’ll also answer any burning fitness questions you have so you get the value of an expert’s opinion and leave feeling more knowledgeable and empowered than when you walked in.

ON-GOING TRAINING

Now the rubber hits the road. Early on, we’ll focus on mastering the five essential movements to be successful in the gym: Push, pull, hinge, carry and squat. At the same time, we’ll improve your coordination and enhance stabilizing muscles to drive future strength.
As you start to master the fundamentals, I will progress you to more specialized workouts that address your specific goals. I will also make adjustments as we go to play to your strengths and keep your training fresh and exciting so every session is a workout you look forward to.

Having me as your dedicated coach means I’ve got your back even when we’re not in the gym. Weekly check-ins keep you accountable, fired up, and moving forward. Sometimes that’s a quick 15-minute call to reset your focus and keep you accountable; other times we might have to roll up our sleeves and dig into ways to overcome roadblocks to stay on track. However you need it, I’m in your corner to make sure you keep pushing.
Here are just some of the ways you can use these check-ins:
- 1. Pre-workout nudges on days you plan to train independently.
- 2. Form checks either via real-time video calls or recorded video.
- 3. Nutrition guidance for planning your meals or what to order at a restaurant.
- 4. Progress feedback against specific strength, size or performance goals.
- 5. Workout adjustments if time or equipment is limited.
- 6. Motivation and perspective to push through plateaus or low energy.
- 7. Accountability for new habits including better hydration, daily steps or sleep.

Everything we do together is strategic—and every rep serves a purpose. We’ll follow a systematic approach called periodization, breaking training into focused blocks that keeps your body adapting, your strength climbing, and prevents the burnout that comes from doing the same thing over and over.
And remember those stats we took back at the start? We will routinely track your progress and make the right adjustments against our benchmarks so your program evolves with you—always moving forward.
